Detailing Technician

As an avid car enthusiast & regular client of our car care product business United Car Care, we were thrilled when Aidan Robson accepted his role with OCD in 2017.  An engaging personality, we can always count on Aidan for some great banter, and he's a key member of our Detailing Team. 

Starting as a Junior Detailer, it didn't take long for Aidan to work his way up to Detailing Technician, and he has recently increased his skillset to include paint touch ups & paint protection film. 

In his stable is a super-rare Evolution wagon, of which he is 3/4 of the way towards his goal of a 400kw.

Satisfaction of taking something not so great and turning it into show room worthy 
  
As a Detailing Technician, you’ve worked on hundreds of cars with us… what’s the most challenging vehicle you’ve worked on?
Black Mazda RX-7, Paint so soft it would scratch if you got too close 
 
What’s the most rewarding vehicle you have completed? 
Porsche 964 Turbo, Ultimate dream car and looked epic in Black

As a car-lover, how do you feel about mixing your hobbies with your work?
I like being able to share what Ive learnt with other people passionate about the same thing 
 
How has the industry developed in your time working with OCD? 
Better products, Better tools, Better Techniques that provide better results 

What’s your favourite tool or technique used?
Rupes LHR75 Pneumatuc, Makes cool noises and goes to 15,000rpm
