OCD Service Amendments, Commitment to our Staff & Clients
As COVID-19 continues to develop, we are following the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and ensuring we take all possible actions to assist in reducing its impact. We are amending our processes and services offerings to suit; with our 3 pillars of OCD in mind at all times (Quality, Service, Care). Our priorities continue to be the safety and well-being of our staff & clients.
As a commitment to our clients, we at OCD are undertaking some key adaptations to our detailing services. As a first step, we have purchased an industrial strength ozone machine for vehicle interior disinfecting. We will be offering this service free of charge to all clients that book vehicle detailing with us from Monday 23rd March onwards & would like this service performed.
We will also be offering ozone treatment as a standalone service.
Internally, we have invested heavily in our PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to ensure our staff are protected, with disinfection stations at key areas around our studio as well as numerous posters and internal policies having been implemented.
